Ingredients
1 kilo beef spareribs, cut up
1/4 cup flour dissolved in
1/4 cup water
1cup water
Marinade:
2 cups Sprite or Seven-up
2 garlic bulbs, crushed
5 pcs siling labuyo
3 tbsps calamansi juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
METHOD
1. Marinate spareribs for 30 minutes.
2. Add water then simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
3. Add flour mixture and simmer until thick.
