Ingredients

•1 2-3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
•salt and pepper to taste
•1/4 cup white vinegar
•4 cloves garlic, crushed
•1 cup water
•1 cup cooking oil

METHOD

Cook chicken in vinegar, water, garlic, salt and pepper until almost done. Drain off liquid. Deep fry chicken in oil until brown. Drain chicken. Serves 3 to 4.
