Ingredients
•1 2-3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
•1/4 teaspoon pepper
•1/4 cup white vinegar
•1 12-ounce can coconut milk
•1/2 cup water
•1 tablespoon salt
•3 cloves garlic, crushed
METHOD
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer about 20 minutes until practically all the liquid has evaporated and a thick sauce remains. Serve hot. Serves 4.
